Hi there my contract is due to expire soon and this month there is a extra £10 added to my bill and cannot understand why. I have used the app to try getting something sorted to change my package to a new offer because when it ends I dont think I'll be able to afford but still i have no reply I've also tried calling but just end up listening to the same songs and dont get any answer I understand the current situation but customer service is key for a company hope someone can help I would be greatful
If you have still been unable to get through on the phones or Live Chat on the Web site then you can send texts to this number 07533 051809 with details of the issue. Might take a while for a response but might be quicker than the other options.
But you need a customer services representative as they have billing access permissions to make amendments to customer accounts.
