Contract ending but had email

Hello, my contract ends in October, and I'm going to try get my package cheaper. I've had an email telling me I have an exclusive offer for re contracting. However, there's no mention of a price they are offering, just a renew contract button. It's got my name and stuff on it so I'm pretty sure it is virgin. I just don't want to click tye contract button because I don't want to sign another 18 months for an insignificant saving. I'd like to stay with virgin so if possible I'd like some advice.

I'm sorry to hear you're cautious about a contract renewal. Are you able to provide us with a screenshot of what you can see (excluding any personal information)?

In most cases, the email will confirm a specific price, or percentage discount for the service. You can also check available offers in your My Virgin Media, here.
