Contract ended to high renew price

Hi

My contract has expired and I have contacted you via phone. I no longer need some of the services but seem unable to cancel these on my online account (seems I could quite happily upgrade on the other hand, but why any fraudster may want to do this is questionable).

I've been a loyal customer for a number of years and have no real gripe with the services provided.
