I have signed up for a broadband contract on the 5th of September.
I have received an email confirming my order. However, I have not received the second email containing my contract details. The first email stated that i would received those information within 48 hours, and it's been a week now. Those details would enable me to track my order and have more information about the delivery. Is there something wrong with my order ?
