Contract email not received

Hi everyone,

I have signed up for a broadband contract on the 5th of September.

I have received an email confirming my order. However, I have not received the second email containing my contract details. The first email stated that i would received those information within 48 hours, and it's been a week now. Those details would enable me to track my order and have more information about the delivery. Is there something wrong with my order ?

My order reference is WS6354953.

You probably won't get one. My last contract available to view is October 2016 and this is despite repeated calls to VM and assurances I'd be emailed an e-contract to sign.
