Hi 

I recently changed my package and signed 18 months contract but for some reason they gave me contract for 3 months I did contract virgin and complained Just received the email from resolution team they're look into it and get back to me how long usually take to get decisions.

Good morning

Hi Ilyas I have a question please I cancelled my contract 2 weeks ago due to changing my package if I want to get a new deals with virgin do I need to wait for previous contract to finish or can I start now and get new deals thanks.

I'm sorry to hear you've placed a cancellation on your service. If you are looking to get a new customer deal, you will need to have had a fully disconnected service for at least 90 days.
