Contract details

Tuning in

On the 12th of September, I refreshed my contract with Virgin for Broadband. Received the documents in the email mentioning my Monthly payments will be £30. When I log into my Virgin account, it is still displaying my monthly payments as £66. Can someone please reach out to me and clarify this?

Thanks for taking the time to get in touch via the Community and apologies for the confusion with your monthly price. 

This is something we can certainly check for you but in order to do that I will need to confirm some information with you to pass security.
