Hi, I have 10 months before my contract ends, at the moment I have TV, Broadband and Home phone package. Looking at contract it states that if you have any additional items, like Netflix etc these can be added for extra cost.
As I use my Mobile phone these days, instead of landline, just wondering if would I be eligible for a ‘reduction’ on my bill now, or would I have to wait until I negotiate a new contract when existing one ends. Thank you.

You wouldn't get a reduction for less usage as such.
