Am I the only person who agrees a new contract over the phone with VM, but when I receive the contract by email it's wrong. This happens to me all the time, just wondering if other people have this issue too?
Judging by complaints in these forums it does happen - and since these forums deal with a fraction of VM's complaints, I'd guess it is disappointingly common.
Hopefully the forum staff can get your contract fixed t your satisfaction, as that is the quickest and easiest approach for both you and VM. If there remains a gap between what you agreed and what VM are trying to impose, there's things you can do. Those things won't be quick, but they do tend to be effective.
