I have been charged a Contract Termination Fee for both internet and phone. I am out of contract period though so don't understand why I have been charged this. Please could somebody from Virgin Media look into this for me and explain the charge.

Have you recently upgraded or down graded your contract prior to leaving, did you move address recently?
