I received an email invite to renew my contract which i signed up for on 30th Nov. I received an order summary with an order number giving an estimated activation date of 3rd Dec.
This came and went and each time I contacted live chat, they said wait a little longer. Some saying wait 15 days, some saying wait 15 working days. I've contacted again today (18 Dec) and am being told the renewal was for Broadband only. The pre-contract documents clearly show its for Broadband, TV and Phone and the details of my package were not changing from what I have right now.
I need assistance with this, and can see I'm not the only one experience such issues.
