I have a 24 month contract with Virgin that runs for another 11 months. My first 12 months were £60 and then it has gone up to £90 as expected.
I have Virgin TV, phone and Internet.
I'd like to keep my internet and the TV package but maybe adjust it slightly, but remove the phone line as I do not use it.
I'd also preferably like to reduce what I'm now paying as it's excessive for what I actually have compared to other broadcasters and companies etc.
Does anyone know what I can or can't do? Obviously I can leave and pay a fee which I'd like to avoid. But do I have to wait until the 24 months is up? Or can I renegotiate a contract now?
