Thank you. I did that several times last week (and just checked again t be sure).
It only shows my existing contract - which is still valid until June.
There is no mention of the one I agreed to take over from that next month
Instead future bills show from net month the higher amount due when out of the current contract.
I know that Virgin are not probably sending out e mails updating contracts. But I imagined they would do so on that page here.
This is why I have been trying to get a moderator to look at the Virgin data base since Friday.
If they could just confirm the deal I agreed us showing there and will come into effect in June replacing the amount shown as being due from then I will be happy and leave them to get on with their heavy workload.
If any moderator reading this can do that and just PM - yes - a new deal is showing as taking over next month - I will be happy.
