Contract Renewal

Good Afternoon,

I know this is a very stressful time and customer service is cut to a minimum but my contract has run out and my bill goes up to non discounted price come the end of April. 

I have tried calling, twitter and a text service but don't get anywhere, i get through to someone va a text service which I got via the official twitter page but that goes silent after a few messages.

Can anyone point me in a direction to discuss a contract renewal with someone at Virgin??
