Hello, I had an email from Virgin as my contract was up, and I accepted the deal and it was renewed.
I had an email showing the contract details, and another conirming no changes to the package and it would be £88.
The expected start date was shown as 20th December.
I've just had my bill through, and it's £110, and it's telling me my deals have ended.
Could it be the renewal hasn't been activated yet, I have the order number etc if someone here could check it for me?

We are sorry to hear there has been an issue with the new contract.
Does this include any new equipment? Such as a new TV set top box or hub?

No new equipment, simply renewing the contract with a discount.

I am guessing it hasn't been activated (even though I had confirmation and an order number) as I have had another email this morning asking me to renew, lol.
