Contract Not correct

HI

i recently updated my contact but i was  not happy with what they originally came back with

i am now on the OOmph Bundle but this does not show up on my contract details when i log into my account

can someone please take a look at this for me

hi Zak

the only email i received was the one changing it to the original  package that i did not really ask for

since then i spoke to yourselves and updated to the oomph package and even received the free sim 

i am also on the 500mb broadband so all is correct regarding the oomph package but i have had no notification by email or update on my webpage

Hi there Any (@aants),

 

I am sorry about this - I have been unable to locate your account from your forum account and although we can see you did indeed take out a new contract, this is not showing on our contract screen and as such I can't send a copy. 

 

We have also checked and confirmed that it's not visible via your online account and for that I also apologise. 

 

I have raised and IT ticket to get this checked for you Ant. The usual timescale for these queries are around 5working days. The reference number for this is P010223830

 

I'll keep you posted with any updates.
