Contract Ending

Hello. My contract is ending soon and I am again facing a price hike. I'm finding it impossible to discuss options with you - online chat is not working, I can't get through by phone, the text message service directs me back to the website and My Virgin Media states that making changes to my package is not possible. Pleas advise how best I can get in touch with someone to discuss.
