Contract End

How do I see when my contract is up, all I can see is that it started in April 2017 for a 12 month period, I take it this means I am no longer in a fixed term contract and free to leave?

Re: Contract End

if you have not changed the services you'll be on a rolling 30 day contact and can give 30 days notice to leave

Re: Contract End

Hi CanonAxe, thanks for posting.

@apcyberax has advised you correctly.  If you've made no changes to your account, which have resulted in re-contracting then you will now be in a rolling contract.  Which means you can call our customer relations team at any time to discuss your options.  They're available on 0345 454 1111 or 150 from any Virgin Media phone service.  If you call the options to select are 1, 4 then 5.

I hope this helps.

Regards
