Are you able to advise on what steps you're taking to see the information and do you see any error messages at all when looking to access the pages on your account?
Yes, I have the same problem with app and website.
I wanted to see my contract and I spoke with one lady she said you need to register. Unfortunately I cannot because I need to fill out account holder and Area as well.
So, obviously I haven’t info for these thing
