Hi
I have TV, internet and land line contract that is due to end on the 30/06/22. Yesterday my land line went dead and I have been informed that my contract has changed with a new end date.
Firstly I never requested this change! I need the land line. It's a number I have had for 22 years and is my main contact number. How do I get this sorted without loosing the number/get stumped for a cancellation fee?
