Continuously cut off by call centre before call answered!!!
Let me start off by saying that I know the staff will be under immense pressure and they're on the frontline like many others.
However, it is completely unacceptable that yesterday I was on hold for 45 minutes before my call was terminated. Then today, terminated just befre the 40 minute mark. Both before I had a chance to speak with anyone.
This really isn't acceptable.
Why are we being automatically discoonnected? The disclaimer at the start of the call says that there is a 1 hour wait. I am fine with that, given the circumstances. In fact, I am happy with that.
But I have now lost an hour and a half of my life for absolutely nothing. How can I get around this? Why are they terminating calls? Why not just leave my call until it gets answered?
Awful customer service. I'll be going to Vodafone as a result, who are much cheaper anyway.
