I recently cancelled my virgin media contract and paid the cancellation fee. Also arranged a pick up for box. However, I am still getting emails for bills, and emails asking me to arrange a pick up and threatening £40 fine if not collected. Anyone experienced this? It’s almost impossible to speak to anyone to resolve, and when on phone I’m either on hold or nothing happens. Any help appreciated.
