Contacting Virgin to change contract.. now looking at leaving
Ive been trying to get hold of Virgin media for 4 months, Ive been on hold a number of times for over 40 minutes, 2 of which I got cut off. Ive tried live chat, messaging, twitter, written to ombudsman, written to Virgin and still nothing.
I pay £80 a month and want to cancel my contract now as this is awful customer service.
