Contacting Virgin Media to change package

I've had an email to tell me I'm out of contract and with examples of packages (cheaper) I could move to.

Our home phone is Talk Evenings And Weekends although to be honest we don't use it for outgoing calls.

We've rung the 0345 number but after an hour haven't really got anywhere. I have a disability affecting my speech which doesn't help so I wondered if there was any way of contacting Virgin Media online about this.
