Could anyone give me any contact information for virgin.

I am a new customer and need to cancel ( within my 14 days )

I have sent letter no reply. Tried online chat and get nowhere. Phone call is busy or having to wait for a very long time.

Welcome to our Community and thank you so much for your first post - I was very sorry to understand you wish to leave within your 14 day right to cancel period. Is there a reason as to why that we may be able to assist you with? 

 

For disconnections or to cancel within the RTC period, you will need to chat with us directly on 150/03454541111 Option 4 and Option 4 once again.
