The best time to get through on the phone is either 8am when lines first open, or around tea time to avoid call queues.
If you don't want to be tied up on the phone you could try the text messaging service. Just send a text with a short description of your issue to 07533 051809. Your message will go into a queue and a representative will respond to you as soon as possible. It may take a few days.
You could also describe describe your issue/problem here and we may be able to solve it or guide you in the right diection.
