Contact to Virgin customer service

Dear Community,

My broadband + phone contract will finish soon, and I'd like to upgrade my package. But my account does not allow me to do so. I have tried to call the customer service last few days, but all failed to connect. I have no idea how to get in touch with the Virgin Media now. Any suggestions are welcome!
