My contact is due for renewal and my bill has already gone up. The website says to renew in my account but, it just says "oops something has gone wrong" please call customer service. In the current climate that is impossible, it cuts you off after only a few minutes. I've been trying at various times over the past few days to no avail. I'm currently a frontline NHS worker and don't have the time to be sitting on the phone trying to sort this out. I'm hoping, fingers crossed someone kind soul will be able to help me here. Waiting in anticipation.
