I’ve now been waiting 2 hours and 12 minutes to speak to someone on the app re moving house
second time I’ve tried, gave up after 15 minutes first time
i even called, same rubbish service, gave up after 20 minutes
ive screen shot all my info happy to go to ofcom, you’re actually worse than Sky,
Same issues and ofcom can't help without a deadlock letter but I can't get that either. Appauling service
