Getting a dead tone when I call 03454541111 from my landline and mobile, and engaged tone when calling 150 from my landline.
Trying to cancel my contract but no way to do this online. No response on the "Message us" window.
Same here. 150 engaged, dead line for the 0345 number. Trying the text number given on other posts but how long they will take to answer is anyone's guess 🤷♂️

Katie, neither of the numbers have been working, constantly an engaged or dead tone. And the text number only applies if you have a VM mobile, which I don't.
