Contact VM Support and Complaints Update

Hello,

VM Technical support had arranged a call back on Friday 13th, after I got spoke to them on Thrusday 12th. They never phoned. I have tired phoning back on 150 from my VM landline but every time after being on hold for 1 hour + I get cut off. I have tired the webchat but again I have got no response. Any suggestions to chase up VM technical support?

Also does any one know how to check for updates on a complaints that is submitted online?

call backs never happen. 99% of the time they are just a goos way to end a call

I have read from your complaint that you have WiFi issues with your hub 4, please can you expand on the issues that you're having?
