VM Technical support had arranged a call back on Friday 13th, after I got spoke to them on Thrusday 12th. They never phoned. I have tired phoning back on 150 from my VM landline but every time after being on hold for 1 hour + I get cut off. I have tired the webchat but again I have got no response. Any suggestions to chase up VM technical support?
Also does any one know how to check for updates on a complaints that is submitted online?
The wifi connection is very poor/does not exist, cabled is fine. Rebooting/restarting the hub may work for a few hours. I am bored of sitting on hold with 150. Its hasn't worked since I had the hub. A technician came to my house and re-flashed the firmware, this worked for under 1 day before the wifi was intermittent.
Wired connection is ok, although there has been a few drop outs. Main issue is iot devices random drop wifi connection, all devices worked ok on the hub3. 9 out 10 times that I phone 150 I get cut off before speaking to anyone.
....and before you suggest yes I have restarted and rebooted the router many times.
How can I get in contact with tech support? As i said above, when I phone 150 9 out of 10 times I get cut off before speaking to someone.
