Hi,
I moved into my new place on the 16th Dec and went through the VM website the same day to install a new broadband. It said it was booked for the 29th Dec, however I get a call a couple days before the 29th Dec saying that their servers were down and the install date didn't go through properly. They then reschedule the date to the 9th Jan. I get a message last night saying it will be pushed back to the 22nd Jan. The must be taking the mick! I work from home and have run out of mobile data and had to buy more to work. It has cost me so much due to them being so unorganised. I call up today 4th Dec and get hung up on 3 times. I need a solution for this ASAP. I can't keep relying on mobile data for work everyday and them continuously postponing the install date. This is getting ridiculous... Starting to wish I went with a different provider to start off with!

Lots of similar posts here unfortunately. It may be something like blocked ducts, wayleaves, council permissions etc.
Keep a detailed record of these dates as you should be due for compensation.
In the meantime, try a 30 day rolling contract 4/5G data SIM based router to get you working.

Hi Zsmith8,
Thanks for posting this on our Community Forums, I am sorry your installation date has been pushed back 😥
This can happen due to what @Adduxi has already mentioned, our Installations Team will be working hard to get your install done as soon as possible.
I can see that you may have spoken to someone about this quite recently from your services, can we ask what happened on this call and if things have now been sorted?
Thanks,
