Consistently Incorrect Bill

My bill is consistently much higher than what has been agreed and I have had to call every month to get it corrected, four times in total.

Every time I call I get told that this will be sorted next month with a 'rolling credit' but so far this has not been the case, my bill is meant to be £52 (already too high) and this month you are trying to charge me £107! Over double the amount agreed as you have tried to carry all the money your 'rolling credit' has taken off onto this bill, plus a late payment charge.

I was told not to worry about my credit score as you only notify creditors after three missed payments however this is now the fourth time this has happened in a row so I worried this will have negative implication for my credit.

Is there any way I can get higher than the people on the phones because they are obviously incompetent or have little control over the billing system.

Thanks,

Jack
