I received the link via text to accept the new contract but when I go on to the link and type in my surname for the account it says its incorrect? Do I need to phone for a new link or am I doing something wrong?

Enter your title and full name, for example Mr Ed Case (that's just a made up name by the way which I use online when signing up for freebies etc)
