Our router drops out at least 3/4 times a day if not more, we’re are continuously restarting it! We have tried multiple times to get through to book an engineer to come out at look at the wirings etc as all the test come back clear! The customer service is absolutely shocking and we cannot get through to anyone! Very close to leaving virgin all together worst service!
