Have you tried a reset of the Hub instead of just rebooting
Using the tip of a pen, press and hold the pinhole reset button for 10 second
Leave the Hub for for around 10 minutes to allow it to reset
Be patient, and once the white power light is solidly lit you should be connected again.
Your Hub will return to its factory settings, so if you’ve made any changes like changing your WiFi password, you’ll need to set these up again after your Hub has reset.
The factory setting passwords etc are included on a pull out tab, and also on labels on the bottom of your router
