My bill is paid each month by direct debit.I'm currently getting £9 pm discount untiil the contract runs out in Decembe.r
My most recent bill dated Oct 13, says this:
Bill date 13 October
Owed from last month: £9.00 |
Your previous bill was not settled in full. Action is required by you to clear this amount immediately, further delay may result in your services being suspended. |
Your previous bill was not paid in full. Your remaining balance has been carried over this month.
I'm confused about this. Can't understand why it wasn't paid in full as it always is by Direct Debit.. Could anyone tell me what I need to do.now? Thanks
