Conflicting information regarding my payment

Hi there,

I would like some help regarding my account payment. As shown in the picture, it says both that I have paid my latest bill and that a payment wasn't received. I have paid the outstanding amount to Virgin, which is showing on the account, but the conflicting information is not helping. Thank you.

Sorry for the confusion here. When and how did you make your payment? It's possible that it's not been fully processed and represented on our systems just yet.

I have paid on the 13th of this month through the quick pay method, so a direct transfer to Virgin.

Hi @yingwaic3,
 

The amount paid in that latest screenshot differs to the total amount of the bill in your first screenshot.

Have you paid the full bill amount so that there's no outstanding balance remaining?

Thanks for the help, Zach. So I have received an experience apology of 35 GBP, which makes it total of 83 GBP. Therefore, there should not be any remaining amount left over.
