Why doesn't Virgin Media send email confirmation of account cancellation by 30 day notice? All bills and contracts are.
This has been confirmed over the telephone by Virgin Media by an employee who said confirmation is only sent after account closer, after 1 other employee said he would send email confirmation before account closer(Confusion!).
Forum mods have also said on this forum that Virgin Media 'do not' send confirmation.
Why, when this causes confusion. You only need to read the posts on here for that.
I can only assume it is Virgin Media to maximize profits, by feeding on oversight and mistakes.
