Confirmation of cancellation

Hi,

After hours with the customer service team I finally got through to someone who said she would cancel my contract and send me a return kit. She told me I would be receiving an email confirmation of this, but I have not received one and I can't find anything on my account to suggest my services have actually been cancelled. Please can someone confirm if this has actually happened without me having to call customer services again.

We don't send email confirmations about about cancellations and we would send the return back out after you have left us.

I can and will send you a PM to confirm this though 🙂
