We phoned up last week regarding the cancellation of our broadband and landline. Twice we had to phone and twice we were given different disconnection dates. This has now made us unsure exactly when we're being disconnected and we haven't received any emails at all about us leaving.
Will somebody please help us? It just feels like we're now being ignored because we're trying to leave the company. We just want some confirmation that we definitely have a disconnection date, we've had no written confirmation at all. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE can someone from VM help us? We've been waiting for help since Wednesday
