Confirmation of cancellation

Hi. I rang up on Saturday 15th January and cancelled my tv and broadband account giving 30 days notice. Am I supposed to receive a confirmation email? Also my online account makes no mention that I have cancelled. Can someone please confirm my cancellation. Thanks

You wouldn't get an email confirmation that you have cancelled your account.
