Compliment

Hi

Like others I don't always give credit when receiving good service and all to quick to complain. However, I would like you to pass on to Kindra (I hope I've spelt her name correctly) from the Outbound Team and her manager, if she has one, my grateful thanks for her listening sympathetically to my problems and for the resolution she provided. She is a credit to Virgin Media.
