I am trying to speak to a human being regarding a complaint.

Another internet provider damaged/severed our cables and now we have no VirginMedia service - this was on 07/01/23, trying to get Virgin to understand what is actually going on, how it will be resolved and a fix date is impossible.

The fix date given on Sat was 23/02/23 which is ridiculous but I received an email today advising a technician will be here today (18/01) between 8am and 1pm, but again no one showed up and the appt is no longer showing on my account.

Totally frustrated.
