It would matter if each time you ask for different digits. What would happen though if I gave the wrong answers? Surely the caller would figure I wasn't the right person.
What I really don;t understand is that If i call the complaints team & as part of that enter bits of the password, why they cannot give me an update on the complaint. Why do they insist on calling back only to get the same impasse???

No, I was told I'd get a call where the caller would give an agreed password but since then nothing.  I will wai out my contract then leave Virgin after that
