Complaints procedure

Hi,

I have 2 outstanding complaints with VM. I’ve been trying for several weeks to get this sorted. One is for myself and one is for the landlord of our home whose property was damaged during the installation. Can someone please tell me how I go about speaking to an actual human instead of a bot that doesn’t understand me? It’s so infuriating all I want is to be acknowledged and have someone deal with our complaints once and for all. If there are any actual people left working at VM can you please reply and get in touch with me please so I don’t spend another day on hold please. Thanks

Our both complaints linked to damaged to the property?

If they are relating to some damage that has been done they will have to be looked into, have you sent any pictures off to the relevant team yet? Cheers
