You used to be able to submit a complaint to VM on their web page Now I’m just going round in circles and ending up at the same place I don’t want to spend time on the phone with someone who doesn’t have a clue. Can anyone help please

I pay my monthly bill by direct debit On 19 October I received an email from VM to say my previous bill had not been paid in full it was £9 short and it’s been added to my October account If my bill is paid by direct debit how can it have been paid short? Thank you for the link
