I need virgin media to fix the problem only they understand that they have made promises for 4 mths that theu have over charged me for services... That they have changed packages that myseriously change back again that they refund charges which are readded the following month
Under consumer law i think you will find as i havent had what i have paid for for 4 months it not unreasonable to ask them. To waive notice charges should that be what i have to do
I have already lodged a complaint with trading standards.. And they have told me as much

I feel your pain. Yes they cut you off after keeping you on hold, the live chat just lasts forever (I’m currently on it and have been since 09.11 and it’s now 10.49. I sent a complaint via letter, received a reply with no date on it that said my complaint was being looked in to. I also logged three complaint forms online and of course, no reply.
