Complaint

I want to make a formal complaint and I am not happy with this service I have recieved I want to order boosters and I got told I would have a phone call from a team member from the specialist team that day and it's now been a whole week. I have been having lots of issues with my broadband not receiving full signal in many rooms. You have 24hrs to reply to this or I will be taking my complaint to the CEO.
