Complaint resolution not carried out now caused arrears and impact on my credit file

So over the last 12 months I’ve had nothing but issues with Virgin. Incorrect billing. Resolution was found in June/July. Now I find the actions Virgin agreed as part of my resolution have not been actioned and now I have had a negative impact on my credit file - showing as missed payment and arrears. This is now impacting my mortgage switch and I am furious. I am on holiday with my family, returning tomorrow, have health problems and now have to deal with the incompetence from Virgin Media yet again.  If I lose my mortgage as a result this will be devastating. The worst possible consequences are not right and impact my whole family.
