Hi I agree with JoandPhil2012 it would be really nice of Vm if they could respond to requests for help with customers problems and queries. Covid is not an an excuse, this community can communicate so surely a tech company could make an effort as their customers are paying them to provide a service. I have a query and so far have been waiting for over 48 hours, my last query took over a month. Please do not reply suggesting I place a query on vm or give me a mobile number as this will not speed things up. I have the T shirt. VM needs to get its act together.
